 Hello there - please read our shipping information if you are outside of the continental USA. Shipping costs change if you are in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship to international destinations (other than Canada).

  Please let us know if there is a certain location that is best for you for delivery so your package is safe from pirates and weather. We can add this info on the shipping label. If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work location we can do that - let us know if it is a commercial address or if you require a signature.

You will always receive a copy of the tracking number in an E-mail when your order ships. NOTE: Orders placed after 12:00 noon, MST, will be shipped the following business day.

If you are planning a special event and require the candles to be received by a specific date: PLEASE indicate this information for us when you place your order.

We often ship to destinations outside of the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused candles in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise price. Send the box to us via FedEx or insured mail to:

We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Credit for the original shipping cost is not given for returns not resulting from our error. Credit for shipping cost for orders qualifying for free freight will be charged back the actual shipping unless the return is partial and the qualifying merchandise retained  still meets the original qualifying amount or conditions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
